History of Landserv
2007
We started in 2007 as a small mowing business, Cut Above the Rest Lawn Care, in Kissimmee, FL, serving residential customers.
2008
In 2008, we took on our first commercial customer and added our first employee.
2010
We eventually grew into a full landscape maintenance service company offering a variety of services, including tree trimming & removal, pressure washing, landscape installation, and more.
2013
We changed our name to Landserv as we were no longer just a mowing business. Over the years, we served hundreds of customers and employed dozens of employees.
2020
We decided to sell our business in 2020 so we could relocate our family to Charlotte.
2023
Now, we are looking forward to establishing the roots of Landserv, serving customers in NC.
